Mrs. Bride Foley, wife of John Foley and mother of Mike Foley, died on Sunday, Feb. 14th at 11 o’clock, with dropsy. She was a daughter of the late Nicholas Coleman and came to this country from Ireland when about 16 years old. She married John Foley about twenty five years ago and leaves a husband and five children, all boys. She was a very excellent lady. The funeral was held at St. Bernard’s Church at Crawfordsville on Tuesday, the 16th. Interment was at the Catholic Cemetery near your city.

Mrs. Bridget Foley, wife of John Foley, died Sunday morning at 9 o’clock of dropsy aged forty six years. She was the mother of ten children, five boys still living, among whom is Hon. Mike Foley. The family lives near Elmdale. She was a sister of James and Ed. Coleman of this city.

The funeral occurred Wednesday morning from St. Bernard’s Church of which Mrs. Foley was a devout communicant.
